ISLAND BOUND ADVENTURES & ISLAND BOUND SAILING ACADEMY WAVER INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASE I, the undersigned do hereby for myself, my heirs and executors, release and forever discharge and agree to indemnify and hold harmless individuals, officers, employees, agents, sponsors, sanctioning bodies from every claim, demand, action or right of action of whatsoever kind or nature, any cost, loss or expense in connection with the use of ISLAND BOUND ADVENTURES and or ISLAND BOUND SAILING ACADEMY boats and related facilities. Including any claims on demands for injury to, or death of any person or damage to or destruction of any property resulting from a claim as a result from or arise out of an accident or occurrence during or in connection with said use including specifically such as may arise out of or be claimed to arise out of negligence on the part of ISLAND BOUND ADVENTURES and or ISLAND BOUND SAILING ACADEMY. I, further hereby grant ISLAND BOUND ADVENTURES and or ISLAND BOUND SAILING ACADEMY permission to use and publish, in any media now or hereafter known, my name, likeness and voice (unless a minor) as captured at any ISLAND BOUND ADVENTURES and or ISLAND BOUND SAILING ACADEMY event or outing for purposes of promotion, art and commerce.
